Kirkcaldy is Fife’s largest town, sitting on the banks of the Firth of Forth approximately 10 miles north of Edinburgh which can be reached in 30 minutes by train.

The Station Hotel was designed by William Williamson of the Findlay & Dunn practice, responsible for the Scotsman Buildings in Edinburgh. Recognised as a master of high quality Renaissance Arts & Crafts Architecture, William Williamson was commissioned in the late 18th century to design Kirkcaldy’s premium hotel and dining.

The building is designed in an eclectic Arts & Crafts style and was opened as a hotel in 1903 to serve the industrial heart of Fife.

Each one of our apartments has been individually designed by our Architects Davidson Baxter Partnership who have combined the Renaissance heritage of the building with current building technologies and performance.

Kitchens International have planned and specified bespoke kitchens for each apartment and are available to further develop the designs to create your perfect kitchen individually designed for you.

Built to the new 2015 building regulations each apartment will be of the highest technical performance for sound and thermal resilience.

The timeless heritage of the building is testament to the engineering and high standards that the Victorians designed into their buildings. Our redevelopment works will continue the life of Station Court for many centuries to come.

For peace of mind we are providing a 10 year warranty with each Apartment through our partners Checkmate, this will be made available to each home owner upon completion and will be managed through the Checkmate Online portal.

Station Court residents will have access to the walled garden to the rear of the building.

Landscaped and planted, the garden will be available to enjoy throughout the year with seating and lawned areas as well as structured planting.

A number of apartments also benefit from private garden space, which can be accessed from within the properties via patio doors.

A factoring company will be appointed to maintain the walled garden with an annual fee payable by residents.
